And our luggage was on the territory of Berlin. And at the Berlin airport they told us that they do not know how to transport our luggage, because they do not have a direct flight to Ekaterinburg. And finnair said that I’m sorry, but the luggage is in Germany. And accordingly, what to do with luggage and how to deliver it, they also do not know. I began to write in panic to all the support services, write complaints, call. And in the end they started to move and promised the same flight as we were flying, they would bring us this baggage. They promised to deliver in the near future, so we are waiting for a call from our airport with good news. And a week has passed since we flew from Italy. Today we called the airport and we were told that both our luggage had finally arrived. Today there was a flight that brought our luggage from Berlin to Helsinki and from Helsinki to Yekaterinburg.
