for you. Wahab Q.: Now to register a claim, first of
all, at the time of the accident obviously, the first thing the client want is to call
the police and once he’s done with all these papers or getting the police report, so then
he inform us, I mean he call us, give us a call. From there on, we have to take care
of the whole process. Hitesh M.: To register a claim, we need a
police report along with the driving license of the driver who was driving at the time
during the accident, and the vehicle registration card. So, that could be required to register
a claim. Wahab Q.: If the car is not in a drivable
mode, then at that time we have to arrange for a recovery service program for them, so
we can send directly the car to the workshop. And the whole process, we have to inform the
insurance company plus the workshop that the car will be coming over there, just keep the
car over there until we solve all the process, the back claim process which is registering
the claim and everything. Seema M.: We see that the customer, when he
makes the claim, we run behind him, he does not run behind us in case of a claim. And,
we see that there isn’t much, the time lag isn’t much. So, from the time he gives his
car and the car is repaired in a few days, and we see to that because we take over the
claim. He doesn’t have to go to the insurance company, okay. So that is one very important

have a problem. And, it’s one point that he has to contact us; he doesn’t have to go to
the insurance company. Fayaz K.: In this time, where the customer
need more support, not at the time of issuing the policy or anything. And there is a claim

to them. So, we take extra care on that. That’s when the brokers matters, otherwise policy
