This is Troy Gonzales with Good Neighbor Insurance. I’m going to talk about the Azimuth Assurance international team insurance. I’m gonna answer the question, in this video, the question is, how do I use this travel insurance policy? All right, so the Azimuth Assurance international team insurance is team insurance designed for groups of people, teams of people traveling outside of the U.S. & Canada. All right? So if there’s a claim overseas, if it does happen, which is what the insurance is for, this Assurance international team insurance helps. It definitely does. So as you’re overseas, you will pay the premium, I’m sorry, you’ll pay the expenses for the claim up front. Let’s say you have a cold or you get in a car accident, you’ll pay those expenses out of pocket. You’ll submit the claim to the company and the assurance international team insurance will pay out after the claim has been processed for all eligible expenses after the deductible has been met. All right, so we can send you information, we can help out, we can answer questions, but the insurance company is also equipped so if anything does happen, especially if it’s an emergency and for example you need a medical evacuation, call the insurance company. Each member who is on the insurance will have an ID card, so they’ll be able to access emergency numbers on that ID card, and get the help they need. Specifically for a medical evacuation, if that’s the case, you’ll need to call the insurance company. They’ll arrange, and approve, and pay for the medical evacuation to have you taken to the nearest adequate medical facility for care. Whoever needs that, they’ll take care of it. Also, the same goes with other large expenses, such as surgeries, or anything else like that. Call the insurance company. They will be able to handle it because they’re equipped to handle that stuff. Just to reiterate, to keep in mind, the payment comes out after the deductible. So if you have $100 deductible, and the claim is $1,000, you’ll be reimbursed up to $900. Whatever is after the deductible, whatever is covered, so, that was about it! We can send you claim information by, we can send the claim form by email, and you can also send that in by email, by an email scan, by a fax, and it’s important to include receipts and medical records as well whenever you turn in your claim form. That’s how the insurance works. That’s how you would utilize it if it should be needed. So I definitely hope that helps!
