it’s going to increase the value of the broker It’s not going to decrease the value of
the broker. People will need to find out what’s going on We have the same responsibilities as far as marketing enrollment support, quoting, sales support HR support and in some cases billing So there is still a lot for
general agents to do. As we watch the system change we have
to adjust to it… And we will.
