When I was coming on board, one of the
things that I heard so much about was the encouragement, the support, and the
training. And I heard that so much I thought it’s got to be just hype for the recruiting and all that. Man was I wrong, if anything that whole part is undersold. The support, the training, the encouragement has been way over the top. I have never been in a position where I felt like I could not answer a client’s question, or take care of a need, or anything like that. If I didn’t know in the moment,
